UAV MAG SURVEYS
The MagXplore UAV system is the integration of the UAV Platform and an Optically Pumped Potassium Magnetometer installed 2.5 m below the UAV platform. The electromagnetic noise generated by the electrical motors is low enough that dissipates at a distance of 2.0 m. The system enables the collection of the Earth’s magnetic field data with the highest resolution in the industry.
HELIMAG SURVEYS
MagXplore uses an airborne high-resolution light-weight magnetics acquisition system developed by GEM Systems. GEM’s solution is based on a unique optically pumped Potassium sensor technology that offers an order of magnitude increase in sensitivity over other systems. It also provides reduced “heading” errors, highest absolute accuracy and decreased maintenance. The system can be installed to any helicopter that is fitted with a tow hook.
DATA INTEGRATION AND INTERPRETATION
MagXplore provides the Geophysical Data Integration Service which involves combining data residing in different sources and providing users with a unified view of them. It delivers the geoscientist the necessary files to incorporate the Geophysical data into the Geological Interpretation and contribute to find the geological meaning of the geophysical data. It fills the gap between the acquired geophysical data and a meaningful geological interpretation.
